Hemi Sync by The Monroe Institute, Hemi Sync For You
Hemi Sync is a leader in binaural beats - soundwave technology that guides the brain into altered states of consciousness for instant meditation and other altered states.

Robert Monroe, the founder of The Monroe Institute, dedicated 40 years of his life to developing brainwave entrainment technology. In fact, it was during tests of his “white noise” creations in the 1950s that he began to have out of body experiences – against his will!

Monroe had tapped into something critical: that brainwaves (and therefore different levels of consciousness) can be guided by external sound frequencies.

Monroe wrote three fascinating books about his out of body experiences while running The Monroe Institute – arguably the world’s most famous research organization into human consciousness. It’s from this platform that Monroe and his team at the Institute developed the brainwave guidance technology known as Hemi Sync.

What Is Hemi Sync?

Hemi Sync is a range of CDs and DVDs that incorporate patented binaural beat technology. The initial success of using Hemi Sync as meditation techniques led to the creation of a diverse mix of products. There are specific applications, such as:

  • Lucid Dreaming
  • Meditation
  • Astral Projection
  • Out of Body Experiences
  • Remote Viewing

There are also Hemi Sync products for improving the general quality of life, such as:

  • Self-Confidence
  • Stress Relief
  • Pain Management
  • Relaxation
  • Memory
  • Concentration
  • Energy
  • Restorative Sleep

Hemi Sync offers CD singles, which use “white noise” (altering sound frequencies) overlaid by natural sounds (like the rainforest, waterfalls, and other soothing sounds).

There is also a range of MetaMusic CDs where the binaural beats are disguised by peaceful music from all cultures (including New Age and classical pieces). The Gateway Experience is another popular Hemi Sync product – an in-home training series for exploring altered states of consciousness.

How do Binaural Beats Work?

The human brain operates at different brainwave frequencies (measured by an EEG machine):

  • Beta (14-30 Hz) – denotes a waking state, with alertness, cognition and concentration.
  • Alpha (8-14 Hz) – is a light trance or meditative state, with the opportunity for super-learning.
  • Theta (4-8 Hz) – is a mostly unconscious state, present during the hypnagogic and REM stages of sleep (where dreams occur).
  • Delta (0-4 Hz) – is an unconscious state, defined by NREM sleep and complete loss of bodily awareness.

Hemi Sync works by creating multiple layers of sound frequencies. When one frequency is played into the left ear, and another slightly different frequency into the right ear, the brain is compelled to create a third, balanced frequency, called a binaural beat.

Does Hemi Sync Work?

Yes, it has been scientifically and clinically proven. A person listening to Hemi Sync can consciously enter beta, alpha and even theta brainwave frequencies with some level of conscious awareness. Therefore, Hemi Sync offers easy meditation techniques, without the years of practice normally required.

Hemi Sync and its binaural beats can help anyone achieve deeper levels of conscious awareness and mind phenomena like lucid dreaming, bringing noticeable quality of life improvements. To buy Hemi Sync CDs online, visit the Hemi Sync For You online store.
